ZAISENSE products are provided by ROAMWORKS, headquartered at 1208B Business Central Towers, Tower B, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE. Our products include hardware sensors (SmartCam and Pano) and the ZAISENSE Cloud software platform.

You agree to use ZAISENSE products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that any deployment of ZAISENSE hardware and software complies with local privacy regulations and, where required, for obtaining appropriate consent from individuals in monitored spaces.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of ROAMWORKS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
